WELCOME TO THE BLOG
When the team from Keli & Co completes an organizing project, clients often say they feel relief, peace and even want to sleep in their closets! In this post I will share options for maintaining that feeling year round.
Interval: Monthly
Maintenance services are available for previous clients only. For new clients we offer membership programs but for maintenance it is a requirement that we have previously organized the spaces we are maintaining. The monthly maintenance option is great for families with children, multi-generation households and those that need frequent assistance with systems and organization.
Monthly maintenance sessions have a 4 hour minimum and are typically done by an individual or a team of 2-3 depending on the scope of the project and the needs of the client.
Interval: Quarterly
Seasonal maintenance packages are great as we offer a refresh of your spaces each quarter. First session in January to start the year off right, Typically April again to welcome the spring, and again in August or September to transition into school year/fall and lastly November or December to prepare for the holidays. The seasonal maintenance plan is flexible and we can alter the months as needed, however we find most clients benefit from this cycle to maintain their home organization and transition into the seasons with ease. As a rule of thumb, this maintenance plan is for our clients that are generally organized but love to keep their spaces current and refreshed all year long.
Interval: Weekly Maintenance
Weekly maintenance plans are best for clients that have young children and busy schedules, those that are considering a personal assistant and clients with limited mobility needing regular assistance with organization. This option has very limited availability and requires a minimum of 4 hours per week.
While we no longer offer concierge services, this is our closest option. As always, we will meet you where you are and do our best to efficiently accomplish all we can in the time we have. The time can be used to organize physical spaces in the home, "clean before the cleaning lady comes" or even to sort paperwork and mail. Many clients start with the 4 hours a week and add additional time because... well it feels great to master the task list and use your time for more important things. We are here to make that dream a reality.
We are excited to offer maintenance services to all of our existing clients. Until this point we have done so on a request basis only. We continue to hear from our current maintenance clients that this was the best way to maintain the investment and to feel in control of their homes despite limited time to adapt the systems in place as the seasons change or the children grow.
Warmly,
Keli
