JOB DESCRIPTION
OBK & Co. organizers are responsible for working onsite with the team to edit, sort, organize, and create sustainable systems for each client based on their unique needs and spaces.
Experience is preferred, not required.
Working days are Monday-Friday. Availability 8-5 preferred, 9-3 a must.
Note that hours onsite vary weekly.
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to bend, lift 50 lbs, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Training in organization or related field or willingness to complete training upon hire.
TASKS
The job title of ‘organizer’ covers a broad range of expectations and tasks at Organized by Keli & Co. Our professional organizers do a LOT when they are on site. Some of your main tasks include:
Sorting and Categorizing
Working in a team environment on a daily basis
Following direction of project manager and lead organizer
Packing/Unpacking clients
Taking donations to a local donation center
Attention to detail
Labeling
COMPENSATION
Competitive pay based on experience, position and skill set.

PLEASE NOTE that our "full-time" team members work an average of 24-32 hours a week. Our slow season is November-February and hours may be fewer during these months. We also hire part-time and additional seasonal employees for the summer.
