Move management covers pre-move planning, vendor coordination, full or partial packing, donation/trash scheduling, cleaning coordination, and on-site logistics. Organized by Keli coordinates and manages third-party moving companies for loading, transport, and unloading; post-move setup/unpacking can be added as part of the package.
Do you handle long-distance moves?
Organized by Keli coordinates with third-party movers for local moves only. For moves outside the local service area, please discuss this during your consult and the team will recommend next steps.
How do you protect fragile or valuable items?
The team uses professional packing methods and quality materials for fragile items and documents special handling needs in the move plan. They then share those instructions with the local carrier so fragile items receive the proper care during transport.
Who’s responsible if something is damaged in transit?
Transport liability is handled through the third-party local mover’s carrier insurance; Organized by Keli maintains insurance for on-site work. Insurance limits and claims procedures are clarified in the contract, and the organizer will assist with any carrier coordination needed for a claim.
Can you make the new home livable the same day?
Yes, the team prioritizes essential rooms (kitchen, bedroom, main living areas) and coordinates with local movers and suppliers to get key spaces functional quickly. Same-day sourcing of small items is available where feasible.
How far in advance should I book move management?
