How do you protect fragile or valuable items?
The team uses professional packing methods and quality materials for fragile items and documents special handling needs in the move plan. They then share those instructions with the local carrier so fragile items receive the proper care during transport.
Who’s responsible if something is damaged in transit?
Transport liability is handled through the third-party local mover’s carrier insurance; Organized by Keli maintains insurance for on-site work. Insurance limits and claims procedures are clarified in the contract, and the organizer will assist with any carrier coordination needed for a claim.
Can you make the new home livable the same day?
